This is an action-packed class to strengthen your heart, soul, mind, and body.
It’s full of fun and women who love and pray for one another.
Classes entail strength work on all muscle groups, cardio bursts, and flexibility in a non-threatening environment.
All levels and ages are welcome. Bring a mat and water bottle. All other equipment is provided.
Class taught by Kelly Patrick, AFFA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30-9:30am
Location: the Ballet room (M111)
